Photography Walks & Journeys in the Himalayas

What is The F Stop Life

Photography, good company, and the joy of discovering photographs together. That's really it.

It is a space where we step out with our cameras walking through places, Travelling to new ones and Making photographs along the way.

We share what we notice, discuss the frames and learn from each other as we go.

Just cameras and conversations.

And the chance that you return with a new way of looking at the photographs you make.

Frames we found on our walks

Who I Am

I'm Atul Bhardwaj.

I walk, observe, and make photographs.

Naggar was meant to be a vacation in 2022, but it quietly became home.

The mountains helped me rediscover my love for photography, and since then I’ve been documenting life here through my lens.

Some of this work has even been exhibited at the Nicholas Roerich Art Gallery in Naggar, an experience that encouraged me to start sharing these walks with others who enjoy photography the same way I do.

Nothing formal. Nothing structured.

Just slow walks, good conversations, and simple, honest photography.

If that sounds like your kind of experience, you're welcome to join me for a photowalk.

Friends I often walk with...

Nitin Sharma

A storyteller at heart, Nitin Sharma finds his canvas in both travel and imagery. Through Karutva Studios, he transforms fleeting moments into timeless narratives, capturing the soul of places, people, and experiences. He curates journeys that go beyond the ordinary, immersive stays and explorations that spark curiosity and connection. For him, travel isn’t just a passion; it’s the force that shapes his creativity, fuels his perspective, and brings untold stories to life.

Nikhat Bhatty

Once a media professional navigating the fast-paced worlds of Delhi and Mumbai, Nikhat Bhatty is now a storyteller in light and shadow. Her photography journey is an extension of her quest for meaning—capturing the ephemeral, the unnoticed, and the deeply felt.

Her exhibition Dar Cho at Bikaner House, Delhi, showcased her ability to freeze fleeting moments, offering glimpses into the impermanence of life. Splitting her time between the serene hills of Naggar and the tranquil riversides of Goa, she continues to seek, create, and share—through her lens, her words, and her craft.
