Terms and Conditions

1. Application and Selection

  • Participation in The F Stop Life retreats is by application only. We review each application to ensure a cohesive and enriching group experience.
  • Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline applications at our discretion.

2. Payment and Cancellation

  • Upon acceptance, participants will receive payment details. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.
  • The remaining balance must be paid by the specified deadline. Failure to complete payment may result in forfeiture of your spot.
  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the retreat start date may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.
  • In the unlikely event that we must cancel the retreat, all payments made will be refunded in full. We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants (e.g., travel, accommodation).

3. Participant Responsibilities

  • Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly throughout the retreat.
  • You are responsible for your own equipment, belongings, and personal safety.
  • We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive or detrimental to the group experience, without refund.

4. Itinerary and Activities

  • The retreat itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, local events, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to provide equivalent alternatives.
  • Participation in all scheduled activities is voluntary. However, we encourage full engagement to maximize the retreat experience.

5. Use of Images

  • We may capture photographs or videos during the retreat for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant us permission to use such media featuring you.
  • If you prefer not to be included in promotional materials, please inform us in writing prior to the retreat.

6. Liability

  • The F Stop Life is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the retreat.
  • Participants are advised to obtain appropriate travel and health insurance coverage.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content provided during the retreat, including but not limited to instructional materials and presentations, is the intellectual property of The F Stop Life and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Himachal Pradesh.
